What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, email, company (optional) and your message. Nothing else — the site has no user accounts and no marketing lists.

What we use it for
Only to reply to your message and discuss a possible project. We send no marketing and share nothing with third parties beyond the service providers listed below.

Service providers
Form messages are delivered to our inbox via Resend, whose servers may be located outside the EU (United States); the transfer is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The site runs on Vercel, which processes ordinary technical logs such as IP addresses to deliver the service.

Cookies and analytics
The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention
We keep contact messages for as long as handling them requires, at most 12 months — unless the conversation leads to a client relationship, in which case the details remain part of it.

Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your details by writing to hello@smta.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
